Nico is an experienced Level III Usui Reiki Master Teacher certified to perform attunements in person as well as distance attunements. Nico also is certified in performing attunements for your beloved companions. Offering a convenient in person | online Reiki course where you can become certified in Reiki attunements Level I and Level II, or become a certified Level III Reiki Master. She also performs sound journeys using the ancient art of sound therapy incorporating the modern quartz crystal singing bowls to provide therapeutic healing and relaxation through sound.

Reiki Session
60 Minute in Person | Virtual Reiki
Reiki Healing Session is comprised of breathwork to encourage prana flow, meditation to drop into Reiki experience, then an energetic healing exchange healing and aligning the chakras. This session will be a minimum of 60 minutes with a maximum of 90 minutes dependent upon the energetic exchange necessary determined by Reiki Master Teacher Nico. If it’s a distance session, you will receive a zoom link before the session. If session is in person, please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full session. Dress comfortably, avoid heavy food and drink prior to session to receive full benefits of session. Drink water before and after session.

Reiki Sound Journey
45 Minute in Person | Virtual Sound Bath
A sound journey is a healing experience that relaxes the mind and ignites the inner experience.
During your session we will move through the chakra balancing restorative practice with the use of quartz crystal singing bowls designed to unblock the chakras and restore balance and alignment to the body and mind. If you are booking for a virtual appointment, you will receive a zoom link before the session. If it is in person, please arrive on time to receive the full session. Dress comfortably, avoid heavy food and drink to receive full benefits of session.

Reiki Training in Person | Virtual Reiki Training
Take your practice to the next level by participating in our certified Reiki level I, II, and level III Usui Master training program. Learn more about our approach. This session is a 30 minute consultation gratis to discuss your personal journey with Reiki. With level I we focus on opening energetic channels, connecting with universal life force, and attune you to level I Reiki symbols. Level II continues your journey allowing you to practice Reiki on others as we open the channels more deeply, and attune you to level II Reiki symbols. Level III we move to embodiment, Reiki becomes who you are and how you move through life. Through this self mastery you will be attuned to the Master Reiki symbol and will learn how to give attunements to others.

Reiki is usually taught in levels. The Level I is comprised of the elementary teachings where you are attuned, learn basics, and learn hand placements.
Reiki Level II enhances your skills with symbols, which allows for a stronger healing, even distance ones. The Reiki Level III is attained by mastering the first two levels and then incorporating performing attunements. By the time you have completed all three levels and tests in the course you will have achieved a Reiki Master status.
