We will explore themes of manifestation, rituals, new beginnings, welcoming a New Year!-creation, creativity with a winter solstice activity, and high vibrational frequencies! We will enjoy a cup of warm cacao and then I will guide you through a meditation with sound bath to affirm our intentions for this upcoming New Moon in Capricorn!
