Women’s Circle is Sunday February 12th, from 1:00-2:30

Women’s Circle is a Sol-Fam favorite! I created this sacred container to connect with other women, as well as in sisterhood. Each container begins with a Cacao Ceremony, inviting us to drop into the heart space. We explore whatever is coming up for us in this safe container, free of judgement. It is a space where we can release and feel held by other women as we witness each others intentions and shares. I wanted to create a space for women to move away from the notions of competition, judgement, a space where women could share what lies deep in their hearts as we all move through different situations and experiences in our lives, a place where we feel held. I like to invite a goddess energy to support us in this space. Every month I choose a different goddess as well a different practice that feels aligned with the energy of that day, as well as the energy of the container. I allow myself to be malleable for this so I can offer the greatest support to hold the space. Some practices I like to incorporate can range from shamanic journey, meditation, movement, creative, embodiment, somatic, and more. I like to close the sessions with a restorative sound bath and wisdom card pull if it feels aligned.
