WOMEN’S CIRCLE IS THIS SUNDAY🌼

Sol-fam! Join me at the @rubyroom in Chicago Sunday July 9, 3:00-4:30 for an exploration of these deeply transformational times together in community with other women like yourself!

Women’s Circle is a sacred space for us to reconnect to our true essence, embrace our softness, and connect in community of other women like our ancestors did. During these times I feel this is so important and is a guiding influence in this chapter of my life’s work.

What can you expect during this experience?

We begin with a grounding Cacao Ceremony to drop into our heart’s alignment. I have been working with the sacred indigenous ritual and offering of Cacao for years now and am honored to share this with you.

I like to bring in a goddess story to help us deepen the compassion for ourselves and others. I enjoy sharing these stories because they are rich with relatable human emotions and experiences.

We will then partake in an aligned activity to deepen your relationship with yourself and with others in our group. I choose this practice for us intuitively and with support of the cosmos!

I will then guide you through a shamanic meditation and healing sound journey. This will help bring clarity and new insights on your personal path. And the frequencies sound healing is so beneficial, it is an ancient technology I am really pleased to offer you to nourish your well bing.
