WOMEN’S CIRCLE is this Saturday🌞 Sol-family! Join me at the @rubyroom in Chicago Saturday August 5, 3-4:30pm for a deep self exploration during this highly energetic time in sacred sisterhood and community with other women just like you!

Women’s circle is a sacred space to gather with other women as we re-member our own essence, soften into our divine feminine energy, and connect with our intentions and witness others. I created this Circle because I feel it is so important for women to come together during these times, for yourself, and for the world we are all actively creating.

What you can expect from this experience 𓆃

We will begin with a grounding cacao ceremony to drop into the alignment of our hearts, our connection with the heart of the earth and sky, all the elements, and with one another. I am a trained facilitator and have been working with cacao for years now in and sacred indigenous rituals, and am honored to be able to share this with you.

We will connect with a story of a goddess- every month I intuit a goddess, and as she comes to me, her story unfolds and I bring this to you and weave it into our ceremony together. Goddess energy is a reminder of our own sacred energy.

Then I will guide you through an acitivity- and I will give you a hint for this one, it will include some nourishing breath work and really juicy internal reflection! This will connect us deeply with the energy of the cosmos at this time!

I will then guide you through a shamanic journey and sound bath to bring you into harmonious frequency. Sound is powerful in healing, and I love bringing this into ceremony with you!

All you need to bring is yourself, a friend, a sister, and maybe a water bottle :)
